During the tour, Secretary Mo Liang and his team paid a special visit to UIVCHEM (Zhejiang Huaxian Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. )to gain an in‑depth understanding of the company’s technological breakthroughs, talent cultivation, commercialisation of research outcomes, and future development plans.
For many years, Huaxian Optoelectronics has been dedicated to the R&D and manufacturing of OLED materials, photoresist monomers, CMP polishing slurry raw materials, and advanced packaging benzocyclobutene (BCB) series materials, among others. The company holds multiple high‑value intellectual property rights and has achieved fruitful results through industry‑academia‑research collaboration. During the visit, Secretary Mo walked through the company’s showroom and production lines, inquiring in detail about production scale, upstream and downstream supply chains, and other operational aspects. He fully acknowledged the company’s commitment to technological innovation and its efforts to promote the domestic substitution of key materials.
Secretary Mo encouraged Huaxian Optoelectronics to continuously increase R&D investment and further consolidate its technological edge. He also urged relevant government departments to proactively reach out to enterprises, understand their actual needs, and help them grow stronger. He emphasised the importance of accelerating the construction of an enterprise empowerment centre, integrating various innovation platforms and resources, and giving full play to the centre’s role as a bridge to support all‑round enterprise innovation.
