Preparation of 9,9-bis(4-aminophenyl)15499-84-0 fluorene :


9,9-Bis (4-aminophenyl)15499-84-0 fluorene Under the protection of nitrogen, add 3.6g of fluorenone (20mmol), 7.2g of aniline hydrochloride (55.6mmol), 0.5g of sodium bisulfite (4.8mmol) into a 100mL two-necked flask equipped with a water trap. ), 8.8mL of aniline (96.4mmol) and 6mL of toluene. Slowly increase to 120℃ under stirring, separate the green liquid produced in the water separator after 30 minutes of reaction, keep the temperature and continue the reaction for 3 hours, separate out the water produced in the  water separator, and then slowly increase the temperature to 135℃ and maintain the temperature The reaction is 1.5h, and the reaction can be stopped when there is no more water in the water trap. Cool the reacted material to about 60°C, add 10wt% potassium hydroxide solution to the mixed solution, adjust the pH to 9, stir while hot for 15 minutes, and then perform suction filtration. After the filter cake is washed with water, 30mL of toluene is used. Recrystallize and filter again to obtain 6.55 g of pure off-white product with a yield of 94%.
